CLASSES

OPEN STUDIO - CONTROLOGY

In these classes you will have access to the full Pilates Playground!

You will learn the “system” of Contrology as Joe Pilates intended for it to be experienced and used.

Although you will be in a small group environment, you will workout at your pace on your individual program, moving in a way that your body needs on that particular day. 

You will follow the traditional order of the mat and/or reformer and also the additional exercises on other apparatus. Exercises will be added to your program when your body is ready for additional work.

Gemma will be present to assist or clarify but the ultimate goal of these classes is to create independence in your work rather than dependence on being lead by an instructor.

The different apparatus you will get to work with include: Reformer, Towers, Wunda Chair, Caddilac, High Chair (Electric Chair), Spine Corrector, Small Barrel, Ladder Barrel, Baby Chair, Pedipole, Foot Corrector, Neck Tensometer, Toe Tensometer.

The apparatus used in these classes are all from GRATZ PILATES EQUIPMENT, PILATES DESIGNS by BASIL, or LEGACY APPARATUS. These companies specialise in the manufacturing of classical apparatus based on Joseph Pilates original specifications.

*18hrs notice must be given for non-attendance to receive a class credit. All credits to be used within the current term.

Pay weekly $40/class

5 class pack - $35/class

10 class pack - $34/class

20 class pack - $33/class

All class packs to be used within 6 months.

Minimum 18hr notice must be given to receive class credit.
